Fernando Kabigting

Kabigting is a self-taught artist, is well known for his paintings on antique wooden batya, featuring daily life and scenery from the Philippines.

Kabigting's inspiration stems from childhood memories of home, and simple Filipino sceneries and life. It is through his work that he celebrates the many elements about himself as shaped by his life and his environment.
